Description
We are looking for a highly responsible and motivated Sales Team Leader, an enthusiastic team player with leadership skills who can greatly contribute to our Pandora team.
Responsibilities
Team Leadership:
- Lead and motivate team of sales staff to achieve team performance goals.
- Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for the team.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and offer constructive feedback.
- Address team concerns and resolve conflicts efficiently.
Sales Performance:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales goals.
- Track and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Store Operations:
- Oversee the store's daily operations, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to company policies.
- Manage inventory levels and optimize stock to meet customer demand.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment.
- Implement effective merchandising strategies to display products and drive sales.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sales Team Leader in a retail field.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Proficient in retail operations.
- Strong work ethic and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian languages
- Advanced computer skills
- 1C program knowledge is a plus
