Description

‘’Tumanyan Shaurma’’ is looking for a creative and active Marketing Manager who’ll be responsible for managing the company's marketing initiatives, and analyze direct marketing strategy and planning.

Responsibilities

  • Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments
  • Research and analyze market trends, competitor products, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies
  • Create and carry out marketing campaigns
  • Track effectiveness of marketing campaigns and report findings to the executive team
  • Planning the budget of the marketing department and prepare budget report for the end of the month.
  • Manage the design materials and production of digital promotional materials, such as websites, social media pages, etc
  • Competitor analysis, market analysis
  • Develop and implement Social Media strategy in Facebook, Instagram, TripAdvisor
  • Cooperation with printing houses
  • Development of various actions, promotions and analytics

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
  • 3+ years of proven professional experience as a marketing manager
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven experience in developing marketing plans and campaigns for technical products
  • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
  • Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy
  • Spoken and written fluency in Russian and English
  • Knowledge of Google analytics is a must
  • Copywriting and visualizing skills to convert a message into relevant engaging content
  • Detail Oriented, with a good communication, multitasking abilities
