Description

We are a Yerevan-based American company seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Automotive Car Sales Associate in Armenia, handling business operations in the US for both buying and selling activities. In this role, you will be responsible for bidding on and purchasing vehicles from various auctions across the US, as well as assisting customers through phone calls with their car market needs, including vehicle inquiries, purchases, and sales. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automobiles, strong communication skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Knowledge about vehicles years makes and models in different generations.
  • Professional information about vehicle features and packages, understand cars bodywork and mechanical components.
  • Engage with customers through various channels, including phone calls and online platforms, to understand their automotive needs and preferences.
  • Provide detailed information about available vehicles for sale, including specifications, features, pricing, and financing options.
  • Negotiate sales prices and terms with customers, striving to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes for both parties.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory management, using appropriate systems and software.
  • Stay informed about the latest automotive trends, market conditions, and industry developments to provide informed recommendations and insights to customers.
  • Collaborate with team members and management to achieve sales targets, foster a positive work environment, and uphold company values.
  • Provide ongoing support and assistance to customers throughout the buying process, addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including compliance with legal and regulatory requirements governing automotive sales and transactions.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English, with the capacity to convey complex information clearly and succinctly.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and software for inventory management, sales tracking, and MS office and typing skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales, business, or automotive technology is advantageous.
  • Prior experience in automotive sales, customer service, or related fields is preferred.
  • Detail-oriented with outstanding organizational and multitasking capabilities.

Additional Notes

The shortlisted candidate will be contacted via mail or phone call within 2 weeks for an interview and a skill trial at the office.

Benefits will be applied after 90 probation days of work including five paid holidays, health insurance, annual salary review, paid vacations, etc.

Working Hours: 19:00 – 4:00 (Monday- Friday) including two 15-minutes coffee breaks, and a half an hour lunch.

Salary: 400,000 AMD + commission / monthly
