Description
We are looking for an Executive Assistant to the CEO who will perform a variety of administrative tasks.
Working Days: Monday-Friday
Working Hours: 11:00-20:00
Salary: 500$
Responsibilities
- Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings
- Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records
- Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders
- Write and edit documents from letters to reports and instructional documents
Requirements
- Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
- Excellent MS Office knowledge (especially Excel)
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Discretion and confidentiality
- High sense of responsibility
- Fluent English
