Warehouse Supervisor

Job Description

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the efficient and safe handling, storage, and distribution of goods in service center warehouses. This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage warehouse staff, ensure accurate inventory management, maintain warehouse equipment, and resolve operational issues to provide excellent service to our customers.

Job Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations:

• Ensure the efficient and timely receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
• Inspect goods upon receipt for any damage and ensure proper handling of all products.
• Supervise the timely handling of customer-related tickets and operational issues.

Staff Supervision:

• Supervise, train, and motivate warehouse staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Monitor staff performance, provide feedback, and ensure adherence to company policies and productivity goals.

Inventory and Quality Control:

• Maintain accurate records of inventory, ensuring proper storage and handling of products.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Monitor stock levels of tools, materials, and other supplies to ensure timely restocking of products.
• Coordinate with the quality control and customer care teams to address customer-related issues.

Housekeeping and Organization:

• Implement housekeeping procedures to ensure an orderly and clean working environment in all areas of operation.
• Organize and manage administrative support functions for the back office and service centers, ensuring all areas are maintained to the highest standards.

Equipment Maintenance:

• Ensure that all warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, cameras, scanners, etc., is properly maintained and in good working order.
• Address any equipment malfunctions and ensure that they are resolved promptly to avoid delays in warehouse operations.

Reporting and Documentation:

• Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly reports on warehouse performance, inventory levels, and operational issues.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation for incoming and outgoing shipments, inventory audits, and operational activities.

Collaboration and Coordination:

• Work closely with the Quality Control and Customer Care teams to address any customer-related or operational issues and resolve them promptly.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth coordination of warehouse activities with company operations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in warehouse management or a supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and lead a team effectively.
