Grand Hotel Yerevan is currently seeking a Restaurant Manager to join our prestigious 5-star hotel's dining team. As the Restaurant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading our team to success. You'll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring impeccable service, and maintaining high standards of quality. Responsibilities
- Guide the restaurant's growth and shape its unique identity, ensuring it aligns with our innovative dining concept. Infuse a sense of creativity and flair into every strategic decision, positioning the restaurant as a leader in the culinary world.
- Oversee every aspect of restaurant operations, from the kitchen to the dining room, ensuring a seamless and elevated service delivery that consistently exceeds guest expectations.
- Expertly manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning, focusing on the restaurant’s long-term profitability and sustainability. Innovate cost-saving strategies while enhancing the dining experience.
- Become the voice and soul of the restaurant, articulating its unique value proposition and infusing the essence of our brand into every aspect of the guest experience.
- Partner with culinary teams to craft and continuously refine a menu that not only aligns with our vision of European casual fine dining but also surprises and delights our guests with innovative flavors and presentations.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in high-end restaurant management.
- Strong entrepreneurial skills and brand development acumen.

- Proficiency in financial management and culinary knowledge.

The Grand Hotel Yerevan is the oldest working hotel in the Armenian capital and the first hotel in the city which always has something different from all those who came after. Located in the heart of the Armenian capital, the hotel offers 104 rooms, completely renovated in 2015 in classic and refined style. The Restaurant "Nairi", the first and only culinary project ever where you can taste the real Armenian recipes of the past, modernized and enhanced by Italian ingredients specially chosen by an Italian chef with two Michelin stars (working hours: 8 am-23 pm). The Lobby Bar is located inside our most evocative and famous for its uniqueness place: in the Winter Garden. The hotel has 4 conference rooms, a beautiful SPA of 1000 square meters located on the - 1 floor including a fitness center and a rooftop swimming pool with a seasonal opening where you can regenerate in the summer months enjoying Yerevan from above.
