Inbound Tour Manager

Description

We are looking for an incoming tour manager with mandatory knowledge of Russian and English, knowledge of other languages will be considered as an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling touristic routines and programs in Armenia
• Development of tour packages and sales
• Establishing contacts with potential foreign partners, offering tour packages via emails and phone calls
• Preliminary analysis of tour product requests and calculation
• Maintaining loyal relationships with partners
• Hotels reservations and transfers bookings
• Analysis of sales and reports preparation

Requirements

• Higher Education in the relevant field
• Good knowledge of Russian and English, knowledge of other foreign language will be considered an advantage
• Excellent computer skills in Word, Excel and information literacy
• Communication and negotiation skills, hard-working
• Ability to plan, organize and control work
• Good knowledge of the travel destinations of Armenia
• At least 1 year of work experience in incoming tourism
