Position Overview:
The Web Manager will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our website, enhancing user engagement, and supporting our online marketing strategies (SEO). The ideal candidate has a strong background in web development, design, and analytics, with a passion for creating impactful digital experiences that align with our brand and mission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update the firm’s website, ensuring content is accurate, engaging, and up-to-date.
- Optimize website performance, including page speed, mobile responsiveness, and SEO rankings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement campaigns and track their effectiveness.
- Design and integrate user-friendly forms, landing pages, and other web assets to capture leads.
- Analyze website traffic and performance using tools like Google Analytics and provide actionable insights.
- Troubleshoot and resolve website functionality issues promptly.
- Maintain website security and compliance with applicable data protection regulations.
- Impliment Spanish version of the site.
Qualifications:
- Experience as a Web Manager, Web Developer, or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in web development tools and platforms (e.g., WordPress, HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
- Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
- Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Photoshop, Canva) are a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
