Description

The Warehouse Superintendent is responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, inventory control, and dispatch of goods while maintaining safety and operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Organize and supervise daily warehouse activities.
• Coordinate the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
• Ensure proper handling and storage conditions.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization.
• Monitor inventory accuracy.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure timely inventory reporting.
• Supervise warehouse personnel.
• Assign daily tasks and monitor performance.
• Train new employees on warehouse procedures and safety requirements.
• Foster teamwork and operational discipline.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor safe use of warehouse equipment.
• Report incidents and implement preventive measures.
• Maintain warehouse documentation.
• Prepare operational and inventory reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of warehouse management experience.
• Inventory management

• MS Office (especially Excel)
• Proficiency in English is required
