Mövenpick Hotel Yerevan is seeking passionate and service-oriented Waiters/Waitresses to join our Food & Beverage team. The selected candidates will play a key role in creating memorable dining experiences by delivering high-quality service in line with Mövenpick and Accor standards. Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests warmly, ensuring a positive first impression
• Present menus, provide detailed information, and make recommendations when requested
• Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Ensure tables are properly set and maintained throughout service
• Handle guest requests and resolve any concerns professionally
• Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar teams for smooth operations
• Prepare and present bills, process payments, and ensure billing accuracy
• Maintain cleanliness and adhere to hygiene and safety standards
• Uphold Mövenpick and Accor service standards at all times

Requirements

• Previous experience in a waiter/waitress role is preferred
• Good knowledge of food and beverage service standards
• Fluency in Armenian, English, and Russian
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, energetic, and customer-focused personality
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
