Quality Monitoring Specialist

Art Production is seeking an active, detail-oriented and communicative candidates to join our professional and dynamic team.

Job responsibilities

• Quality monitoring and evaluation of customer service performance and workflow
• Responsible for daily update of Quality monitoring files
• Completing necessary administrative tasks according to request
• Monitoring of department workflow via phone calls and other communication tools
• Improving operational effectiveness and productivity

Required qualifications

• Age 20-30 (only girls)
• Bachelor's degree ( basic technical skills are preferable)
• Intermediate knowledge of English
• Strong sence of responsibility
• Experience in the fields of betting and Quality Monitoring is a plus
• Good communication skills is a must, good team member, fast learning and orientation skills

Additional:

8 hours work time

01.00-09.00 (Night shift)
