Sales Development Representative

About Riddle

Riddle is a startup that helps North American companies with hiring and managing top-tier tech and design talent from Eastern Europe. Think of us like the international HR arm to North American companies. We specialize in connecting forward-thinking companies with elite talent from Eastern Europe, enabling them to build high-performing, product-focused teams rapidly and cost-efficiently. But we do more than just hiring. We also assist companies in managing and retaining their remote talent. We prioritize engagement and retention strategies, to prevent remote talent from feeling isolated and to keep them motivated and dedicated to our customers. Our engagement and retention strategies include offering our talent: local physical workspaces, access to fitness classes, company swag kits, access to continuous English lessons, personalized mentorship matching, professional development workshops and more.

At Riddle, we’re building a community where we match world-class tech and design professionals with progressive companies to build meaningful products and services.

About The Role

Riddle is on the hunt for dynamic Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) ready to take on the challenge of generating new business opportunities. As part of our sales team, your primary responsibility will be to set up meetings between prospective clients and our Head of Sales, driving our mission to connect businesses with top-tier tech and design talent from Eastern Europe.

Compensation Model

This is a remote, commission-only role, ideal for experienced and results-driven sales professionals.

Our unique flat-fee commission model offers unlimited earning potential, rewarding SDRs for both the meetings they arrange and the successful conversion of leads into Riddle customers. Compensation includes:

  • A flat fee for every qualified lead meeting you set up.
  • An additional flat fee for each lead that converts into a Riddle customer, based on the number of hires the customer makes.
    • Example: If you set up a meeting that leads to a customer hiring 20 people through Riddle, you will be compensated for all 20 hires. This cumulative approach to commission means your potential earnings can scale rapidly with the number and success of your meetings and conversions.

This model emphasizes the value of diligence and success; the more meetings you arrange, the more customer conversions, and the more hires our customers make, the higher your earnings. The potential for growth in this role is bound only by your ambition and ability to close.
