Description:

Imperial Palace Hotel is looking for a welcoming and organized Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our company. In this role, you will manage front desk duties, support administrative functions, and create a friendly atmosphere for clients and visitors.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees warmly.
  • Answer phone calls and direct them to the right person.
  • Enter data and maintain filing systems.Keep the reception area tidy and organized.
  • Assist with office tasks like preparing documents and reports.

  • Work with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in an office setting is preferred.
  • Proven experience using both Russian and English in a professional setting.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office equipment.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment.
  • Professional appearance and attitude.
  • Ability to handle confidential information.
