We are known as Inter A.Q.U.A. Group, leading fish farming business in Armenia. We are planning opening of our first physical store in the city center of Yerevan with a brand name Kaytar. Before the launch of the store want to develop sales strategy and be presented all over Armenia with our high quality fish products.

Committed to delivering high-quality fish food to our customers, we take pride in our range of products that includes salmon, trout, and more. With a focus on sustainability and excellence, we are expanding our presence and are looking for a Sales Manager to join our team.

Position Overview:

As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in presenting Kaytar's premium food production to potential partners in the HoReCa industry, supermarkets, and other stores. Your responsibilities will revolve around establishing and nurturing partnerships, nationwide brand presentation, and contributing to the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Present Kaytar's range of seafood products to potential partners in the HoReCa industry, supermarkets, and other stores.
  • Nationwide brand presentation in different retail chains.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with partners and clients.
  • Showcase the brand's commitment to sustainability and quality.
  • Effective email communication to manage client relationships and partnerships.
  • Gather market intelligence and contribute to sales and marketing strategies.
  • Regularly visit Sipanik village in Ararat province (once a week) to coordinate with our production team.


  • Fluent in Armenian and Russian. English is considered an advantage.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Previous experience in a similar sales role within the food and beverage industry.
  • Familiarity with local players in the food and fish industry.
  • Eager to travel and meet clients regularly.
  • Personal car is a plus.
  • Salary:
  • Salary will be discussed based on previous experience and qualifications.
