Description
Arbucha is introducing Armenia's first kombucha (fermented health tea) to the local market. We are seeking a dynamic and purposeful Sales Manager to actively promote our unique product in key sales areas including Horeca, fitness/yoga centers, and medium to high-end retail chains.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain partnerships with clients in the Horeca, fitness centers, and chain stores sectors.
- Proactively seek out new clients and establish long-term business relationships.
- Organize and conduct product presentations for both potential and existing clients.
- Create special offers and promotional activities to drive sales and marketing efforts.
- Participate in organizing and executing events aimed at brand promotion and increasing product awareness.
Requirements
- Previous sales experience, preferably in the Horeca sector.
- Knowledge of fundamental marketing and sales principles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Willingness to organize meetings with active clients.
- Proficiency in English and Russian for business correspondence and negotiations is desirable.
