Responsibilities
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.
• Manage and expand client relationships, identify new opportunities.
• Lead, motivate and support the sales team.
• Monitor market trends and identify customer needs in Armenia.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
Requirements
- Knows the Armenian market very well and can identify customer needs.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience
- Has strong communication, leadership & negotiation skills.
- Good command of Armenian, Russian, and English
