• Lead guided tours of the winery, vineyards, and wine production areas, providing engaging and informative commentary.
• Educate guests about the winemaking process, the history of the winery, and the unique features of our wines.
• Create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere, ensuring a positive guest experience.
• Conduct wine tastings, offering recommendations based on guest preferences and answering questions about the wines.
• Assist with event coordination for private tours, group bookings, and special events.
• Ensure the safety and comfort of guests during tours, following all winery policies and safety guidelines.
• Provide support in maintaining a clean and organized tour area.

• Passion for wine, winemaking, and storytelling.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with diverse groups of people.
• Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or guiding tours is a plus.
• Knowledge of wine, vineyards, and the winemaking process is highly desirable but not required—training will be provided.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Must be 21 years or older.
