TellCell Specialist

Description

We seek a motivated and enthusiastic TellCell Specialist to join our dynamic sales team. The TellCell Specialist will conduct sales activities primarily through phone communication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote our products/services and generate sales leads;
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing personalized service and addressing their inquiries and concerns;
• Utilize effective sales techniques to overcome objections and close sales over the phone;
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) consistently;
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions using our CRM system;
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for maximizing sales opportunities and optimizing customer satisfaction;
• Stay informed about our products/services, industry trends, and competitive offerings to communicate value propositions to customers effectively;
• Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and sales skills and knowledge improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or any related field.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in a call center environment;
• Excellent knowledge of Armenian, Russian, and English, both verbal and written;
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with the ability to handle objections and close sales effectively;
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets;
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment;
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage customer interactions and sales activities.
