We are seeking a Senior TechOps Lead to take ownership of our technical infrastructure and operations in our fast-paced environment. This is a key leadership role requiring both strategic oversight and hands-on expertise in managing systems, networks, and a support team within a 24/7 service-critical industry.
Պարտականություններ
- Lead and mentor the Technical Operations & Building Support team, ensuring high performance and accountability.
- Design, implement, and maintain secure and efficient computer systems, servers, and networks.
- Oversee the troubleshooting of complex hardware, software, and network issues, escalating as necessary.
- Act as the main technical liaison with external client IT teams, ensuring smooth coordination and operational alignment.
- Develop and enforce IT best practices, policies, and protocols for infrastructure security, data integrity, and business continuity.
- Ensure full readiness and availability of IT systems to support operations, including emergency incident management.
- Monitor and analyze infrastructure performance to identify areas for improvement and innovation.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, and technical support.
- Proven leadership experience in managing IT teams in high-availability environments.
- In-depth knowledge of network systems, server administration, cybersecurity principles, and disaster recovery.
- Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Fluent in English; Russian proficiency is an asset.
