Main job responsibilities.
- Employee orientation
- Training activities for new employees and for those selected through internal competition
- Organization and implementation of training and onboarding process
- Collecting and analyzing opinions from mentors and other stakeholders at the end of the training
- Participate in intern/trainee assessment, make a decision on further steps
- Keeping in touch with mentors, control over training process
- Employee onboarding
- Coordination of trainings through InecoLab, development of new InecoLab programs, improvement of current programs
- Onlineization program
- Compilation and installation of materials in the system, current updates
- General program management
- Implementation of relevant projects depending on the annual planning work
- Preparation of external as well as internal quarterly/annual reports
- Implementation of annual projects aimed at the development of the division
Required qualification.
- Staff training practice for 3+ years in financial or related fields is a must, of which at least 1 year in a managerial position
- Excellent understanding of human resource management principles, processes, mechanisms
- Excellent understanding of training, qualifications and other learning processes
- Good knowledge of project management basics
- Excellent command of Armenian, English and good command of Russian
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
