WIP’s partner organization is seeking motivated and skilled professionals to join their dynamic team as a Supply Chain Manager.

Պարտականություններ

• Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies to optimize operations.
• Manage procurement processes, negotiating with suppliers to secure favorable terms.
• Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to prevent shortages and excess stock.
• Oversee logistics operations, ensuring timely transportation and distribution of goods.
• Analyze supply chain performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Analyze sales numbers and plan future orders
• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as production, sales, and finance.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks to ensure operational stability.

Պահանջներ

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain management or relevant fields.
• Proficient in supply chain software, logistics, and inventory management.
• Excellent knowledge of Armenian, Russian, and English languages.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Strong leadership skills, capable of managing and developing a high-performing team.
