Supervisor (Pit Boss)

Description

ArtProduction is looking for supervisors (pit bosses) to manage the smooth operation of Live Casino Studio (Male only). ArtProduction provides foreign partners with video broadcasting services in the field of live casino.

Responsibilities

• Follow the uninterrupted flow of boradcasts
• Increase quality of dealer's work
• Find out mistakes of the dealers and take appropriate measures
• Solve technical issues
• Cooperate with other departments of the company
• Manage shift changings in the studio
• Support company's development in other fields

Requirements

• Bachelor degree
• English knowledge (at least B1/B2)
• Age: 23-30
• Managing skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong skills of a team-player
• Ability to orientate quickly
• Attention to details
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to multitask
