Spa Manager

Description

Radisson Blu Hotel Yerevan is looking for an experienced and passionate Spa Manager to lead our Spa operations and ensure exceptional wellness experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily Spa operations
• Lead, train, motivate, and evaluate the Spa team
• Prepare staff schedules and ensure proper coverage
• Maintain high standards of guest service, hygiene, and professionalism
• Handle guest feedback and resolve service-related concerns
• Monitor Spa facilities, equipment, inventory, and supplies
• Support sales initiatives, packages, promotions, and revenue growth
• Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Finance, and other hotel departments
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety standards, and operational procedures

Requirements

• Higher education in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Wellness Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Spa, wellness, beauty, or hospitality operations; previous supervisory or management experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and people-management skills.
• Excellent guest-service mindset, professional appearance, and ability to handle guest feedback and resolve service-related concerns.
• Knowledge of Spa service standards, hygiene, safety requirements, treatments, wellness trends, and beauty products.
• Ability to manage daily operations, prepare staff schedules, monitor inventory, and work effectively under pressure.
• Good command of Armenian, Russian, and English.
• Computer literacy and ability to work with reports, schedules, booking systems, and administrative tasks.
• Experience in an international hotel brand, Spa booking systems, sales, or revenue management will be considered an advantage.
