SMM Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Form target indicators and KPIs for clients and for the production/SMM teams according to the developed strategy.
• Offer ideas and solutions to the team for optimization, automation of production and development of client and corporate accounts.
• Management of SMM team projects - task setting, job evaluation, hiring and training (if necessary).
• Quality control of content, analysis of indicators, plan-fact analysis of achievement the KPI of projects, influence on achieving the results.
• Development of project management regulations, keeping them up-to-date.
• Planning the advertising budgets for social media, monitoring and control of efficiency.
• Communication with clients: coordination, briefing sessions.
• Preparation of reports on the work of the SMM department.
• Preparation of SMM proposals for potential clients, preparation of tender presentations.
• Organization and management of the team, preparation and control of timing plans and deadlines for projects.

Requirements

• Excellent knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian languages, competent written and oral speech.
• Understanding why people use social networks and the basis of their decisions to order a product or service.
• Knowing the stages of full cycle marketing.
• Two years of work experience in SMM.
• Work experience as SMM team leader will be a plus.
• Experience of leading a team of at least 3 persons, ability to clearly set tasks, control the work of the team.
