Focus On Marketing Agency is looking for a creative, proactive, and results-oriented SMM Specialist to join its team.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain clients’ social media pages, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop monthly content plans aligned with each brand’s marketing objectives.
- Create engaging captions, stories, posts, and campaign ideas.
- Coordinate photo and video content creation with designers, photographers, and videographers.
- Schedule and publish social media content.
- Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement.
- Research current social media trends and propose creative ideas.
- Support the planning and implementation of digital marketing campaigns.
- Analyze social media performance and prepare regular reports.
- Monitor competitors and identify opportunities to improve brand presence.
- Work closely with the marketing and design teams.
- Manage several client accounts and projects simultaneously.
Requirements
- Previous experience as an SMM Specialist or in a similar digital marketing role.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
- Creative thinking and strong attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics and advertising tools.
- Ability to prepare content plans and write engaging copy.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects.
- Experience working in a marketing agency is an advantage.
