Description
The Gurus team is looking for an enthusiastic and organized Marketing and Business Development to nurture a strong industry network, increase awareness and develop an enviable corporate image by developing and executing effective communication programs.
Responsibilities
- Design digital media campaigns that align with business goals.
- Coordinate the creation of digital content.
- Analyze digital data to make key recommendations for website optimization.
- Develop appropriate proposals for the promotion of the Company's Brand.
- Conduct negotiations aimed at attracting new Clients, adhering to relevant company policies and procedures.
- Study and analyze the activities of the sector, the Company's services, as well as competitors.
- Attend conferences, meetings and other events to establish business relationships.
- Maintain and improve business relationships with existing customers.
- Support the activities of the HR team.
- Managing the PR & Marketing activities of the company mainly on the website and Social Media platforms under the supervision of the BD Department.
- Developing social media content plans that are consistent with the company’s brand identity.
- Managing a high volume of social media posts, messages etc.
- Design marketing strategies with BD Department.
- Having input and creative suggestions in organizing different events.
- Create communication and outreach materials.
- Implementation of SMM activities.
- Preparing monthly content planning on social media marketing efforts.
- Suggesting recommendations to adjust the social media marketing strategy for optimal results.
- Staying up to date on best practices and emerging trends in social media.
- Involvement in other marketing related activities.
Requirements
- Experience in SMM activities and digital marketing.
- Knowledge of Graphic design/Media editing tools.
- Creative mindset in content writing.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Motivation and ability to work in a team environment.
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of English.
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
