We are expanding our team with individuals who want to become an important part of a company that operates according to international standards.

We are looking for an SMM Specialist who will develop and coordinate the company’s social media strategy, ensuring increased brand awareness, quality audience engagement, and boosted sales. This position includes planning social media campaigns, creating and publishing content, making data-driven decisions, and effectively organizing teamwork so that the company can sell more, at higher value, to more people.

The result of the position – A clearly developed and executed social media strategy that ensures consistent brand recognition growth, high levels of audience engagement, and a strong positioning of the company across digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage and promote the company’s social media pages.
• Organize and oversee the creation of texts, visuals, and videos.
• Plan and optimize advertising campaigns on social media.
• Monitor ongoing posts, page activity, and user engagement.
• Analyze data and prepare reports.

You are a great fit for this role if you:

• Have a background in marketing.
• Have at least 1 year of experience in SMM or digital marketing.
• Possess in-depth knowledge of the functionality of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Have skills in content creation, both written and visual.
• Can write compelling and well-structured texts (copywriting).
• Know how to work with advertising tools on social media (Meta Ads Manager, etc.).
• Are creative, responsible, and able to work in a team.

Working Conditions

• Schedule – full-time/part-time.
• Salary depends on the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and other factors.
