Sovrano LLC, which is one of the leading importing and distributing companies in Armenia, is looking for a Marketing Senior Specialist who will be responsible for various marketing programs towards supporting growth and expansion of our company's products!

Role description

The Trade Marketing Specialist/Manager is responsible for developing and executing effective marketing strategies to drive product sales and brand awareness within the trade channel. This role involves collaborating with sales teams, understanding market trends, and creating targeted campaigns to engage retailers, distributors, and other trade partners.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop Trade Marketing Strategies:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive trade marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities and challenges within the trade channel.

2. Campaign Planning and Execution:

• Plan and execute trade marketing campaigns that effectively promote products to trade partners.
• Create promotional materials, product displays, and sales collateral to enhance visibility and drive sales.

3. Collaboration with Sales Teams:

• Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs, provide marketing support, and ensure alignment between sales and marketing efforts.
• Provide training and support to sales representatives on new products, promotions, and marketing initiatives.

4. Trade Shows and Events:

• Coordinate participation in trade shows, conferences, and industry events to showcase products and strengthen relationships with trade partners.
• Plan and execute event-specific marketing activities to maximize brand exposure.

5. Market Analysis and Reporting:

• Monitor and analyze the performance of trade marketing initiatives using relevant metrics.
• Prepare regular reports on campaign effectiveness, sales performance, and market trends.

6. Budget Management:

• Manage the trade marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in trade marketing, preferably in the trade marketing.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and their application in the trade channel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends.
• Creativity and innovation in developing impactful marketing campaigns.
• Proficiency in using marketing tools and software.
