Senior Legal Advisor

Main duties:

• Implementation of legal service of corporate legal functions of the Bank
• Implementation of legal services for issues related to the operations of the Bank's management bodies (Shareholder Meeting, Board of Directors, Board Staff, Management Board, Chief Executive Officer)
• Implementation of corporate functions related to the registrations with the RA Central Bank
• Implementation of legal services related to the Bank's investors and external lenders. Ensuring the legal aspect of the Bank's international relations
• Legal service of the procurement process, drafting and reviewing rent, sale, supply, service provision, performance of work, gratuitous use, donation, custody, licensing, cooperation agreements and other contracts and agreements
• Implementation of other functions related to the legal service of the Bank's corporate legal functions

Required qualification:

• Higher legal education
• At least 2-3 years of professional work experience is a must
• Knowledge of legislation regulating the civil, corporate, economic and labor spheres of the RA
• Knowledge of Armenian (excellent), Russian (good) and English (good)
• MS Office (excellent)
