We are looking for a highly responsible and motivated Sales Team Leader, an enthusiastic team player with leadership skills who can greatly contribute to our Pandora team.


Team Leadership:

  • Lead and motivate team of sales staff to achieve team performance goals.
  • Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for the team.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and offer constructive feedback.
  • Address team concerns and resolve conflicts efficiently.

Sales Performance:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales goals.
  • Track and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.

Store Operations:

  • Oversee the store's daily operations, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to company policies.
  • Manage inventory levels and optimize stock to meet customer demand.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment.
  • Implement effective merchandising strategies to display products and drive sales.


  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sales Team Leader in a retail field.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire others.
  • Proficient in retail operations.
  • Strong work ethic and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian languages
  • Advanced computer skills
  • 1C program knowledge is a plus
