We're looking for a detail-oriented Sales / Support Specialist to join our team. This role combines a little quality assurance with functional monitoring and user support. You’ll be responsible for, ensuring smooth user experience, and supporting the team by tracking all system functions.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound sales calls to potential customers and introduce them to our platform.
• Identify, document, and report bugs or performance issues․
• Perform continuous testing of website features, forms, dashboards, and user flows․
• Follow up on leads and maintain a structured sales pipeline
• Connect with users and solve reported issues․
• Support internal teams by explaining how features work and documenting update․

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset․
• Fluent English․
• Comfortable making sales calls and handling client objections
• Basic understanding of web technologies (Excel/Word/Jira/Trello)․
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks proactively․
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal․
