We're looking for a detail-oriented Sales / Support Specialist to join our team. This role combines a little quality assurance with functional monitoring and user support. You’ll be responsible for, ensuring smooth user experience, and supporting the team by tracking all system functions.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound sales calls to potential customers and introduce them to our platform.
- Identify, document, and report bugs or performance issues․
- Perform continuous testing of website features, forms, dashboards, and user flows․
- Follow up on leads and maintain a structured sales pipeline
- Connect with users and solve reported issues․
- Support internal teams by explaining how features work and documenting update․
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset․
- Fluent English․
- Comfortable making sales calls and handling client objections
- Basic understanding of web technologies (Excel/Word/Jira/Trello)․
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks proactively․
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal․
