AAB Construction is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Contact potential clients proactively and introduce the company's offers to increase sales;
• Respond to calls, emails, and messages regarding the company’s offers;
• Set up and conduct meetings to convert leads into customers;
• Be agile and very resilient in communications with leads;
• Understand the needs of customers and propose the most satisfying offer;
• Coordinate meetings to introduce residential and commercial areas to potential customers;
• Do other sales-related tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher qualifications;
• Ability to work under pressure;
• Experience in sales;
• Fluency in English;
• Strong communication skills;
• Negotiation skills;
• Ability to use sales tools;
• Multitasking skills.
