Description
- develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues
- delegate responsibility for customer accounts to sales personnel
- provide feedback, support and coaching to the sales team
- co-ordinate sales action plans
Responsibilities
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
- Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
- Understanding and promoting company programs
- Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
- Maintaining client records.
- Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry / physics/ business/marketing or related field.
- Experience in sales.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including word, excel, and outlook.
- Readiness and ability to learn
- English and Russian (B1 level)

Work schedule: 9:00-18:00, 13:00-14:00 Lunchtime, 5-day with two days off (Saturday and Sunday).
