Description
We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our team!
Responsibilities
- Ensure the smooth running of the sales department, where all aspects of the hotel’s pro-active sales initiatives are delivered and total revenue is maximized․
- Working proactively to maximize guest satisfaction and comfort, delivering a positive and responsive approach to inquiries and problem resolution․
- Support the sales department by performing administrative duties and organizational tasks․
- Answering the telephone, scheduling appointments and making travel arrangements․
- Conduct hotel tours for potential clients in accordance with the company and property policies.
Requirements
- Ability to adapt to changing service environments;
- Knowledge of property management systems (Opera is preferred)․
- Commitment to exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry․
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English and Russian languages․
- Ability to work collaboratively across functions and cultures․
- Skilled with Microsoft Office software, especially in Excel and Outlook․
- An open, positive, and communicative personality․
- Ability to handle multiple challenging priorities and assignments.
