Job Responsibilities
- Provide a friendly approach to customer service, based on the principle that the customer is always a priority.
- Consulting on the range of products sold in the store, providing information on their features.
- Assisting clients in choosing a product by promoting them advertising to promote potential sales.
- Product sorting, price tag accuracy check.
- Cash deposit-withdrawal, write-off of necessary payment documents.
- Execution of reports in the manner approved by the employer.
- Current accounting / inventory of goods and cash.
- Participation in sales promotion activities by presenting the advertised products.
- Upon assignment of the employer, other assignments arising from the position and job description.
Required Skills
- Ability to quickly acquire new knowledge.
- Communication and customer service skills.
- Sense of responsibility and discipline.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Knowledge of Russian and English C1 leven is a must.
- Computer knowledge.
- At least 2 years of work experience.
- Mastery of 1C program is desirable.
- Expeience in alcohol and service spheres will be an advantage.
