We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the face of Interlane, working directly with customers to provide tailored solutions for their vehicle shipping needs, and driving growth through exceptional service and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up on hot, leads to generate new business and build lasting customer relationships.
- Respond to customer inquiries, provide quotes, and present tailored vehicle transportation solutions.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with our operations team to ensure smooth and timely delivery of vehicles.
- Manage sales documentation, including quotes, contracts, and customer communication.
- Work with the marketing and logistics teams to refine service offerings and develop strategies.
- Resolve customer concerns and ensure a smooth post-sale experience.
Ideal Candidate:
- Fluency in English is a MUST (any other language is a big plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Ability to manage and prioritize leads in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in sales is preferred; knowledge of vehicle transportation is a plus but not required.
- Goal-driven, self-motivated, and focused on achieving sales targets.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
