
Sales and Marketing Executive

Responsibilities
- Identifies new or existing markets/accounts that meet property sales strategy.
- Looks for future events in Yerevan and uploads leads in calendar of events.
- Fulfills the proactive sales calls and visits with the application of sales skills and techniques as trained by the Sales and Marketing Team.
- Uploads the accurate and up-to-date information into database of all possible accounts, opportunities and leads.
- Understands or is familiar with the fundamentals of assigned accounts.
- Determines the account’s needs, Hotel’s objectives, and marketing activities of each assigned market/account.
- Continuously communicates the benefits of the hotel to the customer.
- Assists with site inspections for key clients.
- Strives to meet measurable targets and goals, as assigned for individual and team.
- Fulfills any other tasks assigned by Sales and Marketing Manager.
Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent College/University degree preferred.
Technical Skills
- Strong overall sales skills
- Fluency in Armenian, Russian and English written and spoken languages
- Self-confidence, energy and enthusiasm
- Ability to present ideas, expectations and information in a concise, well-organized manner
- Excellent interpersonal conflict management skills
- Effective time management skills
- Software knowledge (Microsoft Office, any additional creative software is a plus)
- Understanding and achievement of team and individual goals.
