We’re looking for a passionate and organized Retail Supervisor to lead the daily operations of our offline flower shop in Yerevan and ensure an unforgettable customer experience.
🔸 Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day retail operations of the flower and gift shop.
- Lead, motivate, and train a team of florists and sales assistants.
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience and resolve client concerns on-site.
- Oversee inventory levels and assist in stock planning and coordination.
- Ensure visual merchandising aligns with brand standards.
- Manage POS operations, cash handling, and daily financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
🔸 Requirements
- Proven experience in retail or hospitality (supervisory experience preferred).
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills.
- Experience in handling POS systems and retail software.
- Passion for flowers, gifts, and creating memorable experiences.
- Fluent in Armenian, Russian, and basic English is a plus.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
