We are looking for General Manager of Restaurant

Job Responsibilities

  • Ensuring relations&communication and compliance with Franchisor’s standards
  • Managing Financial Budgets & Monitoring Costs
  • Maintaining Financial Records & Reports
  • Hiring & Training Staff according to Franchisor's requirements
  • Handling Employee Issues & Conflicts
  • Ensuring Customer Satisfaction & Building Customer Relationships
  • Managing Inventory & Ordering Supplies
  • Maintaining Environmental, Food Safety & Sanitation Practice
  • Controlling operational costs and identifying ways to cut waste
  • Appraising staff performance
  • Oversee service quality, operational efficiency, guest satisfaction, standards compliance, service and financial measurement.
  • Ability to travel/ take part in international trainings abroad

Required qualifications

  • Commercial background, MBA, diploma or additional education, trainings and certification in HoReCa business;
  • At least 3 years of experience in HoReCa business;
  • Knowledge of International HoReCa management standards;
  • Knowledge and skills in local HoReCa business;
  • Financial planning and budgeting skills;
  • Leadership and organizational abilities;
  • Business acumen with analytical depth;
  • Customer-obsessed thinking;
  • Detailed-oriented skills;
