Courtyard by Marriott Yerevan hotel is looking for a professional Reservations Clerk to join our team. The role includes handling guest reservations, providing accurate information, and ensuring smooth communication with hotel departments.
Responsibilities
- Process reservations via phone, email, and online channels
- Enter, update, and modify bookings in the system
- Provide guests with information on rates, availability, and services
- Communicate with Front Office and Sales to ensure accuracy
- Maintain organized reservation records
Requirements
- Fluent Russian and English (spoken and written)
- Strong communication and customer‑service skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good computer skills (MS Office; reservation systems are a plus)
- Previous hotel experience is highly desirable
