Resourceful Talent Group is seeking a young and motivated Remote Sales Development Representative with excellent English proficiency to join our team. We are looking for individuals from Eastern Europe with a proven track record in sales who are driven, energetic, and eager to succeed.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential clients through various channels.
  • Make outbound calls to introduce company services.
  • Assess leads for fit with the company’s offerings.
  • Nurture relationships with consistent follow-up.
  • Record interactions in the CRM for tracking.
  • Work with the team to align strategies.

Job requirements

  • Language Skills: Excellent proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
  • Sales Experience: Proven experience in sales (B2B/B2C)
  • Familiarity with sales techniques and understanding of the sales process.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade prospects.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
  • Knowledge of using CRM software and other sales tool
  • A professional and presentable demeanor.
