Our HR team is growing, and we're looking for a Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist who is passionate about finding the right people and enjoys communicating with candidates every day.
Job responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls from candidates applying for construction and office positions
- Screen candidates and conduct initial phone interviews
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers
- Manage candidate records and recruitment databases
- Support the full recruitment cycle
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Required qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of English is required
- Previous recruitment or HR experience is an advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Location: Azatutyun 24/17, E Plaza
- Working Hours: Monday–Friday | 09:00–18:00
