Description
CMX Solutions is a leading international customer service company with offices in Berlin, Skopje, Tbilisi, Almaty, and Yerevan. The company is growing rapidly and we are expanding our team to meet the expectations of a growing customer base.
We are currently looking for a German-speaking recruitment specialist with excellent spoken and written German (B2-C1) to join our team in the Armenia office.
The job is full-time (8 hours), with a flexible schedule: 9:00-18:00 or 10:00-19:00.
Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume recruitments.
- Manage applicant database and Tracking system
- Track, monitor, and report all recruitment activities and results.
- Manage all job postings and job descriptions.
- Use social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) to market jobs and sources to passive candidates.
- Interview candidates.
- Conduct language assessments of candidates as part of the selection process.
- Attend job fairs as needed
- Be responsible for the hiring process, ensuring all data is available to employees promptly.
- Manage and monitor the contract signing and documentation process.
Requirements
- Excellent knowledge of German (B2-C1)․
- Excellent knowledge of English (B2-C1)․
- Work experience as a recruiter․
- Ability to collaborate with project managers and diverse teams․
- Ability to work under pressure and solve problems․
- Be flexible and adapt to change.
