Expocore Hotel is looking for a Receptionist (Night shift).

Hotel Receptionist responsibilities include registering guests, managing reservations, and providing information about rooms, rates, and amenities. If you have a knack for customer service and work experience in the hotel industry, we would like to meet you.

Responsibilities

• Greet all guests and assist them with check-in and check-out processes․
• Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages․
• Manage guest bookings and reservations․
• Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data (cash or noncash)․
• Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates, and amenities․
• Maintain updated records of bookings and payments․

• Nice-to-haves.

Additional Notes

• Work experience as a Hotel Receptionist, will be a plus․
• Fluency in Armenian, Russian and English languages․
• Ability to work on your own and as part of a team․
• Excellent communication and organizational skills․
