QA engineer

Analysed is looking for a Mid-Level QA Engineer to become part of our talented team and help in the development of innovative software solutions for various industries.

Responsibilities include:

• Collaborate with development and product teams to understand project requirements and specifications
• Design and develop comprehensive test plans and test cases for Java, React Native, and JavaScript applications
• Write, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard testing frameworks (e.g., JUnit, Selenium, Jest)
• Perform manual testing to ensure software functionality, usability, and compatibility across platforms
• Identify, document, and track software defects, working closely with developers to ensure timely resolution
• Contribute to the improvement of QA processes and methodologies, suggesting and implementing innovative ideas
• Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings
• Collaborate with developers to identify and address potential issues early in the software development lifecycle
• Stay updated with the latest testing tools, frameworks, and technologies related to Java, React Native, and JavaScript testing

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
• Proficiency in writing and executing test cases, test scripts, and test plans for Java, React Native, and JavaScript applications
• Experience with automated testing frameworks for Java (e.g., JUnit) and JavaScript (e.g., Jest)
• Familiarity with testing tools and libraries for React Native (e.g., Detox, Enzyme)
• Solid knowledge of software testing best practices and principles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
