Programmer / Joomla CMS Specialist

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Programmer with Joomla CMS expertise to develop, customize, and maintain websites and web applications. The ideal candidate has solid experience in PHP, Joomla CMS, and frontend/backend development.

You will work closely with our marketing and management teams to implement new features, optimize site performance, and ensure smooth, secure operations of our digital platforms. The work is carried out from the company's service center, located at 23/2 Yervand Kochar street, Yerevan.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and maintain websites based on Joomla CMS

• Customize templates, modules, and components to meet business needs

• Integrate APIs, payment systems, and third-party tools

• Optimize websites for performance, SEO, and security

• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, performance issues, and user feedback

• Collaborate with designers, marketers, and project managers

• Maintain code quality, documentation, and version control (Git)

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience working with Joomla CMS

• Strong knowledge of PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript

• Familiarity with Joomla template structure and module/component development

• Understanding of web security best practices

• Experience with version control systems (Git preferred)

• Ability to work independently and in a team

• Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset

• Basic English (technical reading/writing)
