Product Manager (Apparel)

Description

Our multi-brand clothing store is lunching its own brand. Production will be focused on creating bestsellers: t-shirts, blouses, hoodies, jeans, underwear, etc. We strive to present uncompromising style and quality, in line with modern fashion trends.

Responsibilities

• Work with both international and Russian manufacturers․
• Develop full seasonal collections for the brand․
• In-depth knowledge of the light industry market․
• Conduct negotiations with clients and suppliers․
• Prepare and deliver professional presentations․
• Analyze and agree on product cost calculations․
• Handle analytical data: regularly monitor commercial success of styles, silhouettes, lines, colors, etc., for optimizing future collections․
• Follow pricing strategies, markup policies, and meet revenue and turnover KPIs for assigned categories․
• Analyze competitors, industry trends and adapt insights into the company’s concept․

Requirements

• Systematic and numerical thinking, analytical mindset, ability to interpret data․
• Solid understanding of textile and apparel production technologies․
• Knowledge of automation tools used in the industry․
• Strong product knowledge: design, production, pricing․
• Degree in Economics, Design, Production Technology, Management, or Marketing․
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills․
• Experience building relationships with suppliers and manufacturers․
• Advanced English (mandatory)․
• Basic project management and ability to meet deadlines․
• Advanced skills in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel․
