Description
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and optimization of digital products for our iGaming projects. The ideal candidate will be analytical, strategic, and customer-focused, with a strong understanding of product lifecycle management and digital product development.
The Product Manager will be responsible for defining product requirements, planning and prioritizing features, coordinating cross-functional teams, analyzing product performance, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring successful product delivery. The role requires close collaboration with development, design, marketing, CRM, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality products and achieve business goals.
Experience in the iGaming industry or working with online gaming products will be considered a strong advantage.
Responsibilities
* Define product strategy and roadmap.
* Gather and prioritize business requirements.
* Coordinate with development, design, QA, CRM, and marketing teams.
* Analyze player behavior and product performance.
* Improve conversion, retention, and engagement metrics.
* Plan and monitor product releases.
* Conduct competitor analysis and market research.
* Define product KPIs and monitor results.
* Work closely with stakeholders to deliver business objectives.
Requirements
* 3+ years of Product Management experience.
* Experience with digital products.
* Experience in iGaming, sportsbook, online casino, betting, or gaming is a strong advantage.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Experience writing product requirements and user stories.
* Knowledge of Agile/Scrum.
* Experience with Jira, Confluence, Figma, or similar tools.
* English B2+.
