Procurement Manager

Description

The incumbent will be responsible for purchase orders, vendors relations, researches, email/phone communications and paperwork organization related to purchasing and business development. Our ideal candidate is a motivated, energetic and hardworking individual, who is ready to have his/her own contribution in a developing company.

Responsibilities

• Work with current/prospective vendors through email and phone to organize the company's purchasing and supply․
• Carry out internet research regarding the needs of the company and secure the supply of products and raw materials the company needs.
• Research and build prospective vendors database.
• Write and produce presentations, and reports, prepare proposals and analysis.
• Other administrative duties.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in a similar position is preferable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Russian, and Armenian.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs.
• Excellent research and analytical skills.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and to multi-task.
• Proactive, reliable, responsible, and accurate person, with attention to details.
• Self-motivated person with a positive and professional approach.
