Premium Customers Manager

Job description:

This position is a significant promotion in the financial and banking sector for those, who have great experience in relationship management, fully master banking and are ready to provide high-quality financial and investment advice for our customers.

Main job responsibilities:

• Build and develop relationships with premium customers to ensure that their financial needs are met and they are satisfied
• Develop a strategy aimed at attraction and expansion of premium customers
• Track the market trends and sphere developments to provide comprehensive financial advice
• Offer solutions that are in line with the unique goals and preferences of premium customers.

Required qualification:

• At least three years of work experience in the banking sector is a must (work with premium customers will be an asset)
• Good knowledge of banking legislation
• Excellent command of Russian and English
• Knowledge of MS Office
